I actually have never eaten dirt because of my horse. Came VERY close several times, but when things go wrong I tend to cling like a spider monkey because I'm terrified of falling.
I'm in Arizona... AKA dirt pit. Hoping to move to Oklahoma before year-end.
Your turn to answer the dream horse question! :)

I definitely pefer western also, but grew up riding both.
Here's a question: how many times have you eaten dirt because of your horse? You had mentioned in your in-laws post that you live in the desert. Are you in So. Cal?

Picking a horse to match your hair is very important... :-P So you jump? I jump primarily "accidentally" (lots of birds and snakes out here... Being suddenly galloping then airborne is not uncommon). lol

What would be your dream horse?
Friesian! They're very sweet, an easy seat, and always black- I am a sucker for black horses. Black horses and black cats always follow me around like happy little puppies for some reason. Never fails. I'll be volunteering at the animal shelter and every black cat there will be climbing on me. Now that I've made myself sound like a total freak, on to the next question...
Do you ride western or english?
Western... English saddle freaks me out; I feel like I'm going to fall off.
