Med/surg although I specialize in hospice. Although I am considering a move to emergency medicine.

They do require high school bio & chem &&&&& if its been over 5 years you must retake it. Although where I am you can place out of certain things. I was able to start in my bios required in the program. Chem I still have to take :( I've done 2 online courses & one in school (evenings) each semester. Just doing what I can when I can. Chem is the only high school level course I have to take. A step at a time. I feel like a kindergartener in high school sometimes!

Hospice is patients that are terminally ill.

Hospice is special care given to patients at end of life. In order to qualify a md must believe that a pt will pass in 6 months or less ifthe disease theey have follows the normal progression. Hospice focuses on quality of life.

You can still take those courses at the college! Or poss online. I mainly listen to christian music.
