I have been doing very well. First two weeks, I made sure I got at least one nap a day. I am getting about 9 hours of sleep at night and am feeling very good in the day time. Just a bit worn out having to be in a chair so much, nursing. I'm a get-up-and-go kind of gal and it's hard to be stationary so much!
Weekends are fine but good God I'm exhausted on weekdays. Hubby is soooo helpful but, he has to work. So we limit his getting up at night for changes etc. I snatch a few minutes sleep when he feeds him at night and just sleep with the baby on me so he's quiet.
You need to up your intake to two pots, then, or maybe add a can of cola or two.
Totally not coping at all with the new-baby exhaustion.
