QOTW: What do you want after delivery?

My husband was asking me about what I wanted him to bring me to eat/drink at the hosptial after I have the baby that I haven't been able to have during the last nine months.

With both of my last deliveries, I threw up after delivery so I'm kinda expecting that again. Ugh!

I don't remember eating anything the day I was in labor with my oldest, I'm sure that I ate something but I can't remember it at all. After the delivery it was 2am and the kitchen was closed until breakfast & I was starving! My husband at the time had to leave because he was working at 6am that morning so he didn't think to bring me anything and I was so exhausted that I just fell asleep anyway. I did scarf down that hospital breakfast though! Nobody brought me anything in, I just ate hospital food the entire time.
I am most looking forward to having my favorite deli sandwich from our local grocery. It's a cold turkey and it's something that I usually eat once a week so I'm really craving it!!!

So far the plan is getting a turkey sandwich from my favorite sandwich shop while in early labor, I can not tell you how excited I am for this moment. Then I'll probably get my hands on cookie dough, corn dogs, sushi & a diet coke :)

It's funny, I have been much more lenient this time around, but mainly b/c I realized that a lot of the things I cut out before I really didn't need to.

I usually get a #12.

I think I've had just about every food on the do not eat list. Oopsie!

I haven't had to change much... But I can guarantee I will have a massive upset tummy due to nerves so I will probably ask my mom to make and bring me some of her "Famous Chicken Noodle Soup". :) She knows her way around my kitchen and it'll be easy for her to make it even though she lives in OKC now!

I've given this A LOT of thought...probably too much thought. :smileyhappy:

I want a #5 from Jimmy John's. Do you guys have Jimmy John's? OMG, I miss it so badly. After my Jimmy John's I'll be getting sushi. Followed shortly afterwards by ANYthing with feta or brie cheese. MMMMM, my mouth waters just thinking about it!
