Who is guilty of doing something you're "not suppose to" with baby?

Isaac enjoys shark and dinosaur documentaries. If it lets me get a load of laundry in while he looks at the reanimated T Rex or great white shark... Fine by me!

*nursing my 20-month-old on demand

I saw this on the "controversial" attachment parenting thread too...Is nursing on demand a no-no? I mean, the baby is hungry and so you feed him. Are people really trying to schedule feedings and why would nursing a baby when they are hungry be a problem? I'm confused...

There are definitely people that schedule it.

Oh I forgot I leave my daughter in her seat to walk the dog. Too cold out now to take her too. I also feed on demand. If she wants to nurse she can. Even if I suspect its more for comfort then food.

Not meaning to thread-jack, but I just noticed your WDW ticker, Dixie! We should meet up if you have time when you are here. I live in Orlando and have an annual pass to Disney!

Isaac had to be on a schedule but that was because he was 4 lbs and had to eat every 2 hours...

I think that's different though b/c you wanted to make sure he ate often enough.

I'm guilty of co-sleeping and letting Aubrey watch tv, so shoot me! Sounds pretty cruel to make a baby wait to eat. I understand having to wait while driving home from the grocery store, but longer than a few minutes just doesn't sound right.
