QOTW: Will you have newborn pictures taken?

Just curious who was planning to get newborn pictures taken?

I didn't with DS but was planning to with this one, however, I'm having a problem finding a photographer since everyone is mostly booked.

I'm going to do pictures, but thankfully August is due on 12/4 and it's my friend that's doing them so I lucked out with that. Hopefully you'll be able to get yours!

Because RJ is due 12-8 and may just come early we will prob do christmas photos. These babies are so unpredictable and so is the december weather so who knows!

We'll probably do the same thing we did with our DS, which was have the pictures taken in the hospital. They were pretty good. They only took like 4 or 5 photos, but we got them on a CD. They came around to the room and took them, so we didn't have to take a newborn someplace to get photos done.

I have an amazing DSLR camera so I plan on trying to take some good pics of her myself. :)

Yep! I am a newborn/child photographer- so easy enough for me to do it :)

I did a little bit of photography my first year of college so i will be trying to do my first newborn shoot with this camera i am trying to get,,,we will see how they turn out ...lol

I would love too! They are so expensive here though. I haven't seen anyone with sitting fees under $150 and then add the pics in on top of that. It will be a hard sale to dh. :(

I just got a brand new DSLR for my birthday/Christmas present and i soooo plan on taking some pics of my own too! I actually can't wait. I'll have to clear my memory card off, though, because it is already full because of the size of pics the camera takes!

Probably not...I have a really great camera now and will probably just take pictures myself :)

I got mine in like March/April, I have been impatiently waiting to take some newborn shots since finding out and having a new DSLR :) I can't wait to finally do it!!!
