I'm 17 weeks Monday. I'm still hardly showing which I was surprised being my 3rd! I can't wear my reg pants zipped but maternity is still awkward. Shirts are fine really. I just choose things that are more flowy or longer or empire waisted that I already owned! Anyone else close around my weeks and still feeling stuck in the middle of the clothes battle!?

I'm 14 weeks and there is no way I could still fit in my regular clothes, 1 I'm on my 4th and 2 I tend to show really early, although this time I'm not showing nearly as early as I did with my boys. Makenzie took a bit longer to show as well. Any ways, so I'm definitely wearing maternity clothes but sometimes it just makes me looks fat{er} other times you can definitely tell there is a bump there. Either way, its annoying and I would like to just be showing already so people don't have to question weather I'm pg or just fat{er}. I guess it doesn't help that I started out heavier this time.

I'm sooooo stuck in the "in between" phase. I'm 14 weeks now and to look at me you would just think I'm bloated. Jeans aren't fitting me anymore. I actually gave in last weekend and picked up

I'm 18 weeks today (or possibly 17w2d) and within the last week or so I've finally started looking more pg than fat! We went out on a 10 mile river float today and I was so self conscious in a swimsuit I kept asking dh every time I moved if I looked pg or fat :) for some reason he got annoyed with that pretty fast ;)

Definitely right there with you! I did have to retire my jeans because they were all slim fitting anyway, not much room for growth there. I bought one pair of maternity shorts and two pair of regular drawstring pants and I had to buy a new bra because I went up a cup size, but I'm still wearing my regular tops.
I didn't show very early with my son either so yeah, I just feel schlepy and chubby, certainly not pregnant-looking!

Well, apparently I look pregnant enough for people to guess, because a friend told me yesterday that she thought I was pregnant the last time I saw her...which was at about 10 weeks! but really, I'm just feeling chubby. I'm not big enough in the hips or bum to hold up my maternity pants -- I had to borrow some from a friend who was due last fall, as her summer clothes are smaller than my summer clothes. I have to wear snug-fitting shirts if I want to look pregnant (show off my bloat and lack of bellybutton) because if I wear loose shirts, I just look fat.

It depends on how bloated I am that day and the baby's position. Some days I can definitely wear maternity pants and I have a cute little belly and then other days I just look like I have a belly. I found some really cute maternity blouses that are empire waist or flowy like you mentioned, but the hard part for me is keeping the boobs covered, lol. All the blouses are meant for "normal" sized chests and not an over flowing e cup so I have to either put a cami underneath or safety pin the blouses so that I am not too exposed.
