Mine has just been protein in the early morning. I ate a mini bagel with cream cheese and a piece of left over BBQ chicken breast for breakfast today. LOL~Kinda wierd...but I HAD to have it! My queasiness goes away when I eat.
With DS I remember craving raw veggies a lot. And have been eating raw carrots a lot.

My only craving persay is an aversion to meat, I want all things vegetarian. My favorite thing to eat right now is a sandwich of havarti cheese, sauteed mushrooms and onions on sourdough, grilled cheese style.
Okay, that havarti grilled cheese with mushrooms and onions sounds so good that I think that's my craving now! :)
So far my cravings have been anything fruit related,
Fruit juice. I feel like I am drinking us out of house and home. lol
