So, I've been having these cramps and low back pain for 2 weeks.

Glad that your trip to the hospital turned out to be nothing to worry about. But now you'll be guessing the twin question for the next few weeks....Good luck :)

I'm really happy that it wasn't ectopic and you got to see the gestational sac(s)... I hope it's twins if that's what you want!
