I cut back to two cups of coffee a day (which is what my doc recommends).

I personally drink alot of soda, and dont change my habits during pregnancy. That being said, I also drink alot of water, so it kinda evens out in my opinion. I obviously dont drink redbull or anything like that during pregnancy, but a couple of cans of coke zero throughout the day dont bother me. Also I get bad migraines, and headaches through pregnancy and my dr aways told me a coke would help with that.

Also, a can of coke zero has only 35mg of caffiene, and that study shows that less than 200 mg is ok, so my 2-3 cans is half of what they suggest.
