Anyone have smiling babies yet?

I want to see smile pics!

James is teasing me with the swiftest flash of smiling brilliantly as if by accident, then it's gone. Looks like a sleep smile, but happened twice while awake.

He's 5 weeks, and DD didn't start real social smiles til 8 weeks I think but of course there's a range of ages like anything else.

Anyone enjoying those dazzling first smiles yet?

Justice is almost 4 weeks old and i've gotten brief turning up of the corners of his mouth while he's awake and definitely looks like he's trying to smile ..he's done it 2 or 3 times but i haven't been able to catch it cus it's not regular yet

we definitely have smiles but I have yet to catch a good on with the still camera. I did get Sebastian to smile and laugh with the video camera though.

Jett's smiles are coming more frequently but still hard to catch on camera, but the smiles and coos are the best!

I actually heard him laugh! He was just fed and changed and sitting in the bouncy and I was talking to him as he was looking around and he smiled then laughed. He is almost a month old so I was thinking maybe he did this while sleeping with his eyes open? lol

He can already sit up in something?! Holy cow!

Anyway, James now smiles and has laughed a few times. He doesn't just smile and laugh all the time like DD did when she finally got started. But he does do it. Here's a pic of him caught in a laugh. I can't seem to get just a smile. I hate the delay digital cameras have. Misses every special moment.

Madeline sits in her bouncy chair, they can right from day 1. They're not actually sitting but in a more upright position rather than laying down all the time. She loves it and is actually hanging out in it right now.
Madeline was almost a month early so the physiotherapist that saw her in NICU told me to expect her to be delayed by a month in things. She was a month this past Wednesday and I see her 'thinking' about smiling, if that's possible, lol. She is just starting to coo - too cute!
