Do you garden?

And if so, what do you grow, and what type of garden is it?

I put in square foot garden beds all around my tiny yard the first year we lived here, but soon found out that the neighbor's house casts an afternoon shadow too early in the day, in spring and fall, for anything to mature on time, and things went to seed before they were fully mature. This year, I am just doing flowers and herbs, no veggies in the yard, and doing veggies in the raised bed community garden plot a few blocks away.
There, I will do the easiest low-maintenance, high food value things, like chard

Oh, I nearly forgot: May as well show a pic of my flowers! I have tulips, hyacinth, daffodils, siberian scilla (also called bluebells though technically they aren't), and crocus, that come up every Spring. Here are some of those:000_3176.jpg
