We have a baby trend flex loc carrier. We bought the universal stroller frame that can hold any car seat. We do not need a full stoller/car seat combo.

We are going to buy a new stroller in a month or so.

I'm guessing you mean baby carriers for baby wearing ...

I love a pouch sling!! I lost my last one and just ordered a new one.

I also here great things about the maya wrap for newborns. I don't have one but will be using my SIL this time around.

My last baby had severe reflux (not diagnosed until she was 3). She cried all the time unless she was held and / or nursing. The sling was great for her because she was slightly elevated, which is of course ideal for a baby with reflux. We also found that she liked her swing pretty well - again ... the upright position was the key I think.

I LOVE my Sleepy Wrap. It's like the Moby, but a bit stretchier. It's so comfy. I can wear it for hours. Unfortunately I have not been able to try it out on Ethan yet as I am still recovering from the c-section, and it probably wouldn't be wise to be carrying him around like that all day.
