Well, holidays generally are at someone else's house so the responsibility burden is kind of low for me... and I tend to not stress too much over things... I mean, we've burned dinner, desert, forgotten to turn on the oven, forgotten to thaw the turkey, filled the house with smoke, overflowed a toilet or two, spilled food or drink all over the table, etc.
