After having dd, I started taking jolivette (the pill). It worked out well for me, so I'm planning on taking it again. After I stopped breastfeeding, I started taking orthotricyclen. I didn't take that very long though because we decided to start trying to get pregnant.
I will use FAM (Fertility Awareness Method) again, at least for a while.I like to know what's going on with my body, and I have been doing it for so long now, it's like second nature.
I don't like taking hormonal birth control -- I took it about 10 yrs ago and it really messed with me. But I know BC has changed quite a bit and there are more choices (like Mirena, IUD, etc) so I do plan to bring it up to my MW at my 6 week PP appt, and go from there.
This shop's closed up (I had a tubal with my CS). We're just both content with the size of our family, where after DD even though I "said" I was done, I was never willing to do anything permanent. At this point in my life, I'm feeling that three is a good number. Perhaps if we had had another one closer in age to DD I might have been willing to go for number 4...but not now.
i think baby (and having not much time or energy) will be a good bc method hahaha.. I will at some point be on the mini pilll (have it already filled).

The pill is not an option here either - meddling with hormones can trigger both migraines & depression for me;
I also get headaches on any type of birth control pills. my doctor suggested i try an IUD but we haven't talked about it further.
I don't use hormonal BC.
LOL dh has always said that it was only fair that he have the surgery since I had the babies.
