Personally, I push baby's face into the breast (forcing her to open her bite). And I put the breast away and tell her no. They do learn quickly. Also, I know my little one only bites when she's bored and not terribly interested in nursing anyway.
This is my 3rd baby and they've all bitten to some extent, but using the tips provided in the links they all learned to stop biting amazingly quickly.
