OK - So I always thought headaches were kind of a first trimester thing - however over the past week I have developed one daily.

I don't know how much help I can be because I don't get bad headaches, but since I cut out caffeine during pregnancy I've recently found that having just a little bit of Mt. Dew (1/2 cup - 1 cup) can usually stop it or at least make it less intense for me. I don't know if you drink caffeine or not but with my first I was completely against it 100% but with this pregnancy I've found sometimes thing change. LOL. Hope I could help a little!

I got the ocassional headaches in my first trimester..but before i was pregnant...i went thru a phase where i had stress headaches..maybe that could be what's affecting you??
I would try cold/warm rags on your forehead..drink lots of water?? Some relaxing time?? with a bath, candles and music..i mean i know it sounds corny, but it might help..:) Hope you feel better.

I haven't really drank a whole lot of caffine this time around but stoped and got one this morning on the way to work - it seems to have worked with the 2 tylenol I took this morning to keep it away so far - I am wondering if it's not from me just being tired lately... who nows - hopefully I can break this routine soon - I definately don't want to use caffine everyday even though I know that a little here and there really won't hurt but it's just annoying!

Do you have a history of migraines? (I had migraines when I was going through adolescence.

I don't know if this will help you, but I get migraines often and what helps is a cold eye gel mask.
