Post partum bleeding Q?

OK. It has been 4 years so I cannot remember... I know that I bled almost up to my OB revisit... but I cannot remember much more than that.

yes, today has picked up for me. i wouldn't say i have done any more than usual i think it just picked up.

Yes i did have blood increases esp with the breast feeding. I was told you bleed more when you breast feed by doctors and nurses.

I have spurts of bleeding. I really did not bleed to much after I got home. But my bleeding comes in sporratic spurts-- i will have a big clot come out then a day or 2 bleeding after that then nothing.............. it has been very odd. I just wnder if my bleeding as been like this becuase i had a scheduled c-section and did not go through labor and dialation?

I passed a rather large clot while I was still in the hospital, but then it pretty much decreased from there.

My flow has been going through spurts. Sometimes I'm barely spotting and other times it's like I'm on my period. TMI-Somestimes the blood is brown, other times it's fresh blood. Occasionally, I have clots that come out.

I believe I bled for about 4 weeks with the other two kids. I'm hoping it doesn't go on that long this time around!
