Reeeeeally dreading morning sickness this time...
| Wed, 11-10-2010 - 3:15pm |
With my 1st, m/s was not that bad, I threw up a few times. But with #2, OMG. I threw up at least 3 times a day, I lost 10 lbs in a few weeks. I felt like I had the flu for WEEKS. I am really, really hoping the m/s is a little nice to me this time. Nausea? It sucks, but I can deal. Throwing up day after day? No thank you!! *fingers crossed*
Anyone else really dreading morning sickness?

i only have had nausea during my first pregnancy and this one already. i never got so sick i threw up. My mother and my cousin threw up the whole pregnancy and were sick as dogs. My mom was sick all three pregnancies but she had extremely easy labors. I guess a trade off. I don't get sick as her but i get horrific stretch marks and long grueling labor lol.. Hope your M/S is not too tough for you or at all! :)
heard an old wives tale that with a girl you have more M/S than with a boy. That would be coincidentally true for you.
Hello!
Nausea is normal but throwing up all day for weeks is not.
I have had it with all of mine and it seems to get worse with each one. My last one had me in the hospital for dehydration from throwing up for days. I am not looking forward to it this time but I am going to be prepared and ask for medicine this time. The pills they gave me last time saved my life! BTW - the last 4 of mine were boys and each was much worse than my first one which was a girl - so much for the old wives tale.
