I've started having sharp pain in my lower right abdomen about an hour ago.

Could it be gas?? I get massive gas pains. Sometimes it scares me.

I've had bad gas pains before, and this doesn't feel like it. It's very localized and has stayed in the exact same spot for almost an hour and a half now.

Who knows, maybe it is... TMI! But passing gas isn't relieving the pain.

I agree, as long as I'm not bleeding, I think I'll wait until the morning to call the doctors office. The pain is still there. I've now had it for over 3.5 straight hours. I was talking to my mil and we are both wondering if maybe it is a kidney thing. We'll see tomorrow!

I'll be going in for an ultrasound at 2 to check the placement of the baby. The pain still hasn't stopped :(
