Mine has been off for the last month or so. My fingers swell up so bad that they swelled one time with it on it took 15 mins to get it off. So it is now hanging on my necklace :)

I actually took the ring my parents gave me when i was 12 off, that has never left my hand for anything............it too was getting lost in swelling :(

I do not wear any jewery on my hands or wrist becuase I puff up so much. After baby comes then everyting back on, until then no way.

I always wear my rings...engagement ring + wedding band on left, and a diamond band (that hubby got me for our 1st Xmas) on right. I never take them off, ever. However...even if I wanted to now, I couldn't. I have thin fingers but they are somewhat swollen and there's no chance of them coming off at all. I don't really care. Last time w/ the c-section the dr's didn't make me take off my rings or earrings. They just said no bracelets or necklaces.

For some reason, i haven't had any issues with swelling and my rings this time around.:)

I normally keep mine on, but my hands have been swelling really bad this time so I took it off.

OMG, ruby!!! if anyone ever tried to get near my fingers to cut off my rings, i'd have their head on a platter! seriously?! will they pay to repair or get me new ones? nope! so no chance, LOL! esp. that my engagement ring was my great-grandmother's and my wedding band is an eternity (that i already had to replace once).
