When's your next check up?

Bruce's doctor said they don't need to see him again until he's a year old since there aren't any shots they receive at 9 months. I was kind of surprised they didn't want to do a regular check up at 9 months. He still has check ups with his endocrinologist, so it's not like he won't be seen at all until 1 year.

Our next appointment is 9 months as well.

Jenna's next well visit will be at 9 months (no shots). She will also see her gastro dr. next month to make sure she's gaining weight appropriately (currently she in not gaining much at all). Not sure when she will see the geneticist again - probably at 1 year.

Angie has a standard 9 month well baby check up. I hadn't asked about if she gets shots then but that was just the standard timing for the next appointment. It is also what my insurance covers as part of her standard set of baby checks in the first year.
Going from 6 months to 12 seems like a long way to not see the doctor and be able to ask the standard questions about development and such.
