YAY! Pregnant with my 3rd.

I got my BFP's SEP 24-25 before late AF & today after missed AF. Today I'm 4weeks Pregnant. I have my first prenatal visit booked in for Oct 18 at about 7 weeks. I'm so excited and happy even though I have started Horrible Morning Sickness and Fatigue. All this still feels so unreal! I'm sure after I see my little June's bug Heart beating via ultrasound It will all feel real to me.
So if you are reading this when do you start telling? with my first I told my family as soon I found out, with my second I told my parent's and In laws at about 7 weeks and the rest of my extended Family and friends at about 14 weeks. this time round I'm not sure when to tell my extended family and friends.
I'm thinking I should probably break the News to My parent's and in laws the same week of my 1st Prenatal visit, since I'll be traveling to California same week to celebrate my birthday and visit my parent's and Family, but I don't know... I'm a little nervous My siblings and family could possibly spill the beans through Facebook before i get a chance. I surely wouldn't want them sharing my news so soon NOT because of the what if something goes wrong but I think it would be too early to share it with my Facebook world.
I want to here from you and your Ideas please share.
