Hubby wants me to have it done. We are young and this is our third. I am down for it other than having a vaginal delivery and recovering and then scheduling that.. Having three babies and taking off work more to have it done. We will adopt at a later time. I have had enough pregnancy and complications.. I feel like I'm done being pregnant we just have not made the fine decision.

Nope, but DH is certainly getting snip snipped! It's far less invasive and it's cheaper.

I am not ready for permanent bc, but I think DH might be. If his diagnosis had come months earlier, we would have never TTC this little one, and unless something dramatic changes in cancer treatment in the coming years, we are done and done. So, I think DH will get the snippity snip.

It breaks my heart a little bit as I don't feel done but I just can't see us having another one...

I think we will go this route by my OB won't do it till 6 months after you deliver if it is a vaginal deliver.

I have severe endometriosis so I am actually considering having my uterus removed. This is our 3rd and final baby and I'm tired of living with the extreme pain that is caused by the endo. I have already had three laporoscopies where they have had to removed the endometrial implants that were connecting my intestines and uterus and remove a grapefruit sized cyst from my right ovary. I have also had uterine fibroids that were first diagnosed at 19 years old. I'm done with the whole thing. Even if I were to just get my tubes tied I would still end up with a hysterectomy in a few years anyway due to the endo so I'm thinking of just doing it sooner rather than later especially since they now have non-invasive ways.
