Anyone else having food aversions? I can't eat eggs or chicken cooked a certain way. It's hard because those are major food groups in this house!

I haven't had any really since I got over the morning sickness, however, I still have issues with taking Tums for my heartburn and my gag reflex is still really bad when taking prenatals, etc.

Speaking of coffee...I now enjoy the half and half coffee but found that since the very beginning, flavored creamers made me completely sick. That's really unusual for me. So now I'm with half and half cream and a tiny bit of sugar. I only have one cup of half caff a day...it helps with my headaches.

It seems like it's different each day... A weird one for me is chocolate. Some chocolate is okay and other things completely gross me out. And I am a chocoholic!

Mine seem to vary. I never had aversions with my other two, but with this one, sometimes I starve for an extended period of time trying to figure out what I want to eat! One thing I cannot eat is any Chinese food (used to LOVE my sweet and sour chicken!!)--all I can have of that variety is the wonton soup.

Karen, I am so with you on that one! I used to eat Chinese with DH all the time but I can not even think about a Chinese place much less walk into one or eat something. Just the thought of it, is awful!

I can't stand slabs of meat, meaning chicken breast or steak, etc. I can handle meat if it is IN something. But a big slab of meat on my plate that I have to cut just grosses me out. In fact, I would probably be a vegetarian during this pregnancy if my husband would let me. But since he does all the cooking, I don't have much say in the matter. :)
