So I weighed myself today and I've gain another two lbs in a week.

I am just about twenty weeks. I am not exactly sure how much I weighed before I got pregnant, but I think I've gained about 13 to 15 lbs already. I had a set goal weight in mind and I am only like 8lbs from that weight with 20 weeks to go.

Towards the 3rd timester, your feet do tend to disappear ;)

As long as you're eating healthy and your Dr thinks you're in good standards, weight shouldn't be too big of an issue. I have to be honest and say when I was pregnant w my 1st and 2nd, I was a size 2 pre-pregnancy and gained 65lbs and 60lbs and I list it all within 6 weeks of delivering. I ate healthy but my body just gained more. With my 3rd, I gained 50lbs. I found that I gained less towards the end. This go round, I've already gained 15lbs but there's not much I can do about it, it's just my body.

If you're worried, check with your OB. :) At thus point, growth is rapid but it does taper off. Good luck.

Don't look at the scale. I learned that in my first two pregnancies. Just eat as healthy as possible and try to stay active--you'll be fine. I honestly don't even look when they weigh me at the doctor.

I think I am just going to stop weighing myself. I have my first Dr. appt in a month on Thursday so we will see if she says anything and then maybe I will worry.

I was told by the nurse at my drs office that its normal to gain 1-2 pounds a week.. You will get to a point where bending over isn't going to happen and your feet will disappear. The only time that you need to worry is if you gain ,lets say 10lbs in one week, then you need to worry. but 2lbs is nothing to worry about.

I only gained 16lbs total with my last pregnancy due to having bad morning sickness and not being able to keep anything down. This time I've put on 12 lbs so far. Not worried though. My doctor isn;t worried though, so I'm not worrying about it.

Just make sure you eat healthy foods.

First, don't beat yourself up. I can't stress enough how everyone (and every pregnancy) is different.

Everyone is different with what they gain.

It sounds like you're on a healthy trajectory for weight gain, but be sure to address any concerns with your dr. Pregnancy is certainly not the time to worry about getting big, so long as you're eating the right foods and your gain is consistent as opposed to all at once as was mentioned. Try not to focus on the number but on the health of you and your baby.
