DH is in the Air Force and gets 10days off, and he's planning on taking a little bit more after that, tho maybe not too much after, so we can go home to Florida for Christmas & Jake-man's birthday.

Typically, military can ask for paternity leave, unfortunately, his command isn't allowing it so as soon as he gets home, he'll have 24 hour duty every other night. Blah! Not much of a homecoming for him or baby!

DH will have the 3 days I am in the hospital off like last time, then probably back to work. Normally we work opposite shifts to avoid daycare so he will be able to work a more normal week and we will see each other nights and weekends for a change.

Fortunately, DH has a very flexible schedule and generous paid time off. So he's been saving the paid time off days so that he can take 1 or 2 weeks after the baby is born, and then another week for Christmas. It's a good thing - we've got no one else where we are now to help out. I can't wait to move back to Boston to be closer to my sister.

DH is in the Army so he'll get 10 days paternity leave and then he'll have leave in Dec for Christmas and his sisters wedding.

My husband is a Stay-at-home-dad. So he is ALWAYS at home, but ALWAYS at work. :)
