I've been feeling ill the past few days, just severely nauseated, don't want to eat, feel like I am going to pass out, heart palpitations, leg cramps, short of breath, and forget sleeping well, just not happening.

The OB brought me in yesterday for urgent appt.

My ob sent me to the er tuesday because of low bp and high heartrate, my bp was 50/41 and my heartrate was 123. They gave me 2 packs of iv fluids, it lowered my heartrate to a normal number and raised my bp to 106/61. They said I was dehydrated too.

I agree, it's super important to remember to drink tons of water.
