Hi girls I have been having bad cramping for a couple days, it is making me want to just lie dawn.
Is it normal should I be concerned?

I would be concerned due to the fact that you said they're really bad. :/ And even if you get checked out and they say its nothing, its better than having a worry. Plus doctors/nurses are used to the paranoid pregnant ladies.

Always go with your gut, and probably not a bad idea to call your doctor.

That said, last week I had cramping so bad that I couldn't stand up through it. I talked to my midwife, and she said that as long as I wasn't bleeding, was properly rested (not over-exerting myself), had enough to eat and was drinking enough water, then there was no cause for alarm.

She invited me to come in, but said it would be for my comfort only. But of course said that if I did start bleeding, to come in right away.

Like the PP, it's better to be safe than sorry, call your Dr and see if they think you should come in. It could be nothing but it's better to know for sure. Good luck and I hope you feel better!
