Dull cramps, back pain and a side of pubic bone pain...

I had some cramping along with my sciatica pains too. My midwife told me exactly the same thing... She said the baby was probably going through a growth spurt and the ligaments were stretching. She said not to worry unless I started bleeding, and she also suggested upping my water intake each day. I'm not a big water drinker, but I've been making a really big effort to get my 8 glasses in each day, and I think it's really helping with the cramps. I haven't had them much at all since I got that advice from the midwife! Good luck, hope you're feeling better soon!
