My belly has been so sore lately, I'm guessing me and baby are just going through a growth spurt, and working long shifts doesn't help the pain either, what

Not much...unfortunately, we're growing! ;) Try laying on your left side and off your feet for a while. That seems to help for me. :) Good luck!

I've been having bad pains lately, too although I'm only 16 weeks. I'm considering getting one of those maternity support belts to see if that helps.

I found the belt has really helped with my back. I know I had a couple frowns from people thinking I was being a little over dramatic at 17 weeks but you know what, whatever works for me, not them. ;) Def. try the belt.

I had painds on my left lower side so bad about a wk ago (just before 20 wks) It was so bad they sent me to the ER.. But is fine now so prob a growth spurt or something
