I have had them all day today. Laying.down, sitting up, walking around, doesnt matter what Im doing. Ugh. This is my 3rd pregnancy so you'd think I would know whats going on but I dont. Is it normal to have them this often? Should I be worried or just go with them. I dont want to be 'that girl' that calls the Dr. over any little thing, again, especially since Im on my 3rd and I feel like the nurses are thinking 'she should know this.' (Im sure they dont think that Im just paranoid). Help ladies! Clearly you can tell Im losing it. Lol and have I mentioned these BH hurt? Ugh!!

Try laying on your left side, a lot of times you can get relief. When in doubt, always call the Dr...that's what they are there for :)

It's always better to ask if you have concerns. I've already spent a whole evening hooked up to a monitor at our Birth Center. Only had 2 while I was there, but I got peace of mind knowing it was okay.

I haven't had any yet (knock on wood) and I'm not sure if I'd even know what they were, but I'd always call doc to make sure. I'd rather be paranoid pg lady than sitting around wondering. I hope they pass and you find relief!

Not sure if the bh contractions stopped for you or not. I am 17 weeks with my third and was having regular contractions every 10-15 minutes all day on Sunday. I tried lying down, resting on my left side, drinking tons of water, taking a warm shower, etc to get them to stop. bh-contractions can hurt, but doing some of the things that others have mentioned will get them to stop. Real contractions will not stop. After 7 hours of contractions I finally went into the ER and was put on Procardia to stop the contractions. I have to take that every 4 hours for the rest of my pregnancy in order to stop preterm labor. If you are ever not sure, call your dr or go to labor & delivery. Hope you feel better soon.

Hah, I am right there with you...

This is my 2nd baby and 3rd pregnancy (we lost one to being ectopic)

I have had them since 12 weeks (people told me it's not possiable but it is) and they DO hurt. Lately I have them on and off every day no matter what I do... I guess we just have to suck it up.

I do pay close attention because I had pre term labor with DS and

This is my 3rd pregnancy also. I think the BH contractions started around week 30 with my other two. You might want to call the dr anyway and get checked since this is kind of early for those. Always better to let them know about weird stuff. Are they regular?
