Sorry if this is TMI but i can smell breast milk on myself but i dont appear to be leaking, its kinda gross.

That's probably just a heightened sense of smell. I'm sure it is annoying. I don't like the smell of a certain soap mixed with body odor. I want to throw the soap out, but hubby got 3 big bottles of it. I use something different because i can't imagine smelling like that.
No leaking or smelling of milk from me just yet, but i sympathize with you. You might end up producing milk soon, since you can already smell it.
