Well I got a bit of a shock this morning in the shower..LOL..While I was letting the water run over me I noticed a tingling sensation coming from my breasts..looked down and I was leaking..I know that its normal at the end of pregnancy but at 20 and a half weeks? thats nuts..Anyone else?

Not yet. This is my second and I am so terrified of leaking early. I have been having a lot of let-down feelings lately, but no leaking yet.

It was weird because only a couple days after we found out I pregnant I suddenly started leaking, but then it stopped a week later and hasn't really come back. My husband says that he sometimes tastes it, but I don't know. I remember starting to leak about 25 weeks or so with my son.

I'm not leaking yet but I remember doing so quite early when I was pg with my daughter. My M/W last time said that some women do leak from 20+ weeks - it's perfectly normal! And a good sign that your body is already preparing to feed your baby!

I noticed I had a dried spot over my right nipple this morning when I got up so I guess I've started leaking, too.

No don't pump before baby! Your true milk doesn't come in until about 2-3 days after birth. The initial "milk" is what your baby really needs when it's first born. So for LO sake, I wouldn't.

Yep. I was leaking a bit a few days ago. I don't remember when I started when I was pregnant with DS.

No, pumping while pregnant (or any kind of nipple stimulation) can cause you to go into labor.
