Childcare- What's Your Arrangement?

I've worked 2nd shift since DS was born in 2008. DH works M-F 7am-330pm. When I was an assistant manager for Walgreens I worked 4pm-Midnight during the week and whenever they needed me on the weekends. At the job I have now I work Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 4pm until we are done (Usually around Midnight), Tuesday from 6 until we are done, and Saturday from 2pm-10pm. There is no way we can afford daycare, and I like being able to be home with the kiddos during the day.
