ok..so I know most of you have probably seen my numerous threads about cloth diapers and my intent to use them..well today I started back to school shopping for my older children and discovered that there are company's that make reusable snack bags..how cool..I pack my kids lunch for school and usually send a plastic baggie with their snack..these things are really neat and have great reviews..I already use plastic sandwich boxes but now I can reduce waste even more..I know it doesnt seem like much..but I figure I save two plastic baggies per child per day..thats 28

Awesome! Another super easy way to be green is to get rid of paper towels in your kitchen, those little face cloths/wash cloths work excellent instead :)

I've actually made a few of these myself!! They are super easy!! I just buy fat quarters of fabric and I use velcro to close them bc it's easier for the kids! My kids LOVE these and take them everywhere!! Here's the tutorial I followed:

I've made both the sandwich and snack ones! :)
