It just gets worse. I have been swimming and stretching before bed. A body pillow between your legs and a pillow behind your back should help a little, too. At least it will make the pain bearable.

I'm having hip troubles, too!

I've been sleeping with a mountain of pillows - like the PP said.

Tylenol PM's and pillows! It sucks, I know... I wake up at least once every few hours because my hips and legs go numb. Ugh, not too much longer!!! :)

Oh I hear ya!!!
I've had sciatic pain the ENTIRE pregnancy and it's only gotten worse in the last few weeks!!!!

I'm using the pillows, the Tylenol PM, soaking in the tub to try to alleviate some of the pressure, and I have one of those corn bags you heat up in the microwave that I use consistently throughout the day. (I know they say raising your body temp is a big no-no but I NEED the relief and this is the only way I can get any semblance of it!!!)

Despite all that.... I still wake up crying.

We just have to keep reminding ourselves that we're ALMOST there!!!!!
