It's Monday! What's for dinner?

We're going to OUTBACK!! LOL (big shocker I know!) Actually, today is DS's 5th birthday and he got to choose and he decided he wanted to go to Outback! (not that I'm complaining!)

We are having red beans and rice, with cornbread and an oatmeal pie for dessert! Yummy

Here is the recipe I am using, hopefully it turns out well!
