I am so proud of me, lol. I have been working so hard at eating healthy and watching what, and how much, goes in my tummy. It all paid off when I only gained 1 pound since my last appointment on month ago! Everything measured right on target and his hb was so nice to hear:) I rewarded myself with some KFC for lunch...now it's back to healthy eating, lol.

@Cairo, I was given the weight talk last appointment so I definitely did not want to deal with that again. I also realize that gaining too much is just not healthy and I really really really don't want the added pressure of losing extra weight once I have the baby! As long as I know he is getting what he needs to grow, that is what matters most!

I don't remember if you are planning on breastfeeding or not, but that is supposedly supposed to help you lose the excess weight quicker vs not. I know I dropped most of my 50lbs of baby weight (IDK how much was actual baby but NOT 50 that's for sure! LOL) fairly quickly and I BF'd for about a month. You can do it!
But you are right, as long as you are getting your baby what he needs in there, that is what matters most!
