Yes, this sounds funny.
But it was a big step for me.
When we got Riley I had just the minium...crib bedding, furniture...etc, but not cute art-worky stuff. I was too worried. I could not go through the pain of taking apart a nursey for a 2nd time...and the less to take down the better.
Of course I had tons of stuff I bought..I just couldn't physically hang it.
I thought I could after the 30 days....but I was still scared.
Tonight we hung it though! :)
It's monkeys--- and sooooooooooo cute :)

I totally understand your hesitation, but I think it's now TIME to decorate!

Am happy for you that you were able to hang the artwork. I have only put up 2 pictures and the put the crib together so far. And the pictures are Winnie the Pooh so they would have went up even without the room being a nursery as I have Winnie the Pooh stuff everywhere in my house.

I know the feeling. We adopted from Korea which is more of a sure thing. However, the birth parents can change their minds until that babies leaves Korea. It does happen. I was sure it would happen to us. Poor Emma had nothing in her room when she came home. I just could deal with the idea of a room full thing and no baby.
