I like Cheryl's suggestion of making a list of questions and topics to help the conversations along, but MAYBE it's also going to be about limiting the length of the calls and the frequency?

Congrats on the match!!

I think that the PBP's are trying to get to know you, to connect, etc. I am sure it makes them feel closer to you and better about this decision.
So I would try to talk as much as they want to.

I am really chatty so I never had a problem talking to former PBM's or our Bmom.

Our former Bmom was my age and had 2 there was lots to talk about. She mostly liked hearing about Andrew. She said that is why she felt good about the match.

Riley's bmom is 17, so there was less of a common ground but we clicked much more than the former Bmom. She talked about life, school, friends, etc and of course Riley.
She liked hearing about Andrew, silly stuff about Dave..just goofy stuff.

I don't really have any advice, but I just wanted to say congratulations on the match!

For us, the boys' BMom is pretty chatty and although I usually am too, I tend to be more reserved with people I don't know so it took a few conversations for me to really warm up. We had a lot in common though and since our daughters are the same age so I could always fall back on that subject if the conversation lagged.

Maybe they just want to hear more about your day-to-day life so maybe you could just chat about mundane stuff and the conversation will develop from there??

Sorry I'm not much help, but I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for you until October!!!!!!!!!

thank you Kellee for my awesome siggy!!!
