Hello all. I'd like to start by saying that I have an appt with a Maternal Fetal Medicine doctor in a few weeks and have every intention of consulting with them; but have come here in the mean time in an attempt to keep myself from going crazy...

Anyway...I will hopefully be starting to TTC by the end of this year/beginning of next year and I REALLY want to breast feed. However I am on medication for high blood pressure. Right now it looks like my Meds for pregnancy will be Toprol 50mg and Norvas 10mg. Will I be able to nurse still?

Typically medications you can take during pregnancy are ok while breastfeeding. I don't have my favorite drug reference here but I can check and get back to you. There are many blood pressure medications that are ok with breastfeeding. Checking with your baby's pediatrician and of course the prescribing doctor is always good too.
