Ohio Rev. Code Ann. § 3781.55 (2005) provides that a mother is entitled to breastfeed her baby in any location of a place of public accommodation wherein the mother is otherwise permitted. (SB 41) - What I found on Ohio BFing.

I know we hear a lot about BFing moms getting harrassed/kicked out of places, but I suspect that's because that not getting harrassed while nursing isn't that exciting of a story :). Personal experience has been that it's a nonissue. If you're uncomfortable or baby is distracted by all the people you can always cover up a bit with a towel or those nursing covers.
