So 11 month old DD finally found a sippy cup she loves. It's the Avent soft spout cup which is great because I can get extra parts and use my bottles if need be. I have one question though. These are sippy shaped but soft silicone so almost like a bottle nipple. She loves them and can't figure out what to do with the hard sippy spouts. I know that if she was getting bottles I would have to wean her off those. Are these soft spout sippies okay for long term use? She's getting water in them only and I hope to give her a little milk after she turns one (backup to nursing if I'm away). Will it be okay to use these soft sippies well into her second year?
