My DS will be 6 months on Friday and ever since I have been back to work I have been having clogged duct issues.

I'd suggest trying a lecithin supplement to prevent the clogs. Many moms here have had a really good experience with it. It's really easy to find in pharmacies or places like Target or GNC. Here's some good information on lecithin: http://www.kellymom.com/nutrition/vitamins/lecithin.html.

I hope that helps. Let us know if you have any questions and let us know if it makes a difference for you.

Lecithin is definitely the most common thing you see recommend to prevent recurrent plugged ducts. But now that you mention it, there is some other supplement that's recommended sometimes too. Let me see if I can dig up the name.

OK this is based on zero scientific evidence but I found one mom who's had luck with Evening Primrose Oil: http://community.thebump.com/cs/ks/forums/thread/43773603.aspx?MsdVisit=1. Actual scientific stuff suggests vitamin C, lecithin, and reducing saturated fat in one's diet. I know you already eat ultra healthy so not an option for you.
