Rose, welcome to the board and thanks for reaching out to us. I'm sure it must be frustrated for now for the dip to not be resolved at this point. Honestly, you're already doing a lot of things that I would have suggested, in terms of changing the membranes, breast compressions, power pumping, etc. You've obviously done your homework!!

Honestly, I wouldn't bother with the tea. The tea is such a dilute form of the herbs that you'd need to drink gallons to have any real therapeutic effect. How much fenugreek are you taking and how many mg per capsule? You're doing an awesome job in a challenging situation. Is it possible to just pump your 3 times a day during work but sneak in a pump session before you go to bed in the evening for an extra couple ounces?

Thank you for your response. It's good to hear that I'm on the right track - it makes me feel a lot better, and motivates me to keep at it.

I was taking fenugreek 3 capsules 3 times a day, each capsule has 610mg. When I started the More Milk Plus I dropped down to 2 capsules 3 times a day. After a week with the More Milk Plus, it seemed like my body responded to the 3x3 fenugreek better than 2x3 fenugreek plus More Milk Plus, so now I'm back to just 3x3 fenugreek.

I think I can get in an extra pumping session about 3 days a week, but not every day - I end up working nights and weekends sometimes. Does adding an extra session in like that help, even if it's not every day?

Any extra pumping will help at the moent. It would be good if you could do it every weekday, but if you can't manage it, then some extra demand is better than none.

The only other thing I could think of is that as the baby would be nursing just six times on weekends (or on weekdays some of this would be

I'm certainly not an expert, but I did just switch from breastfeeding/pumping at work to full-time pumping because my DD (now 10 months) was having some weight gain issues.
