Ok to leave overnight?

Ok I'm hogging this board but it's one of my few lifelines to the outside world between 10pm and 4 pm the next day lol.

I'm getting seriously burned out and need a night away to recharge. I have frozen EBM for baby and she eats solids fairly well so I'm not worried about her starving. My problem is that my breasts aren't responding to pumps very well even if it's been 5 or 6 hours since nursing. I tried both my ameda py and my manual avent Isis and they just don't empty mt despite new valves and membranes. Hand expression doesn't do much better and it's super messy and time consuming for me.
Is it okay for me to leave baby overnight (18 hours probably) if I can't effectively empty my breasts? She is almost 10 months and was 19.5lbs at the 9 month mark so I'm sure she is emptying the ladies just fine lol.
I'd love to take a night off but I don't want to risk a nursing strike, weaning, or impacting my supply.

I am by no means an expert, but I'd say that at 10 months your supply has regulated enough that 18 hours away from baby with pumping (even if it isn't emptying you completely) will not be determintal to baby or supply.

I went away for 5 days while my DD was 6 months old and I didn't have any supply issues.

I would say one night off at this stage, with whatever pumping you can manage, will not impact supply either. If you were doing this frequently, and trying to rely on pumping when it does not work well for you at this stage, then it would be different.

You may well find you are uncomfortably full in that time, if you cannot pump or hand express well though.

Thank you ladies. I meant to add that my pump output is 0.5 oz both breasts combined even if its been 5 to 6 hours. I may only be express 1 to 1.5 oz even if i pump three times. That's what worries me but I think I'm just going to risk it :-)
