My dd is 10 1/2 months old. I'm thinking of continuing nursing past a year. She is my 3rd ebf baby so I'm not new to this however I'm new to feeling like I don't have "enough" milk on a recently regular basis. I just got my cycle back (BLECH) about 2 weeks ago and it seems like my supply has taken a serious fatal hit! DD nurses anywhere from 5-7 times a day, most commonly 5-6 times. I know I'm not going to feel extremely full all the time but I can really tell I'm not producing near as much and I can tell DD wants more. She is really having to work much harder and tugging a lot and pushing against me. That said, what is my best bet to help bring back supply to a norm? I know my apetite has also taken a hit, hormones regulating and all and I'm just all sorts of out of whack so I'm working on that and drinking enough fluids. What would get it upped enough the quickest? I am trying to nurse more often just to help but she does get frustrated being that I'm lacking right now. Thanks for any help!
