To me, that just sounds like a nasty pimple. I'm acne prone though and do get nasty pimples on my body from time to time that just resolve on their own. If you're not seeing any other breast-related symptoms (like knots or lumps), I'd just keep an eye on it.
I could also be an infected montgomery gland. The montgomery glands are the little bumps that become more noticable on the areola and surrounding the areola during pg. However, the treatment is the same.
You can apply a warm wet compress to see if that helps and/or get the OB to look at it when you go for your check up. But likely will go away on it's on.
