Alright, so I have another question since I have seemingly hit a bit of a bump in the proverbial road.

FIrst off, I'm so glad you've found something that has made you feel so much better. I know you've been struggling with this for a while.

I've got 2008 Hale's and in there he basically says that the research and literature out there is conflicting and we don't really know how it affects milk volumes. He doesn't have a lot of specifics though about progesterone orally vs. creams vs. other methods. I don't have the 2010 edition yet.

I'm hoping Hale's forum will give us some more information but unfortunately, it's down right now. I'll check back later and hopefully get some more specifics for you.

Hang in there......

Thanks Dana, I know I was taking a chance that it would make my supply take a nosedive, but at that point, it was worth the risk to at least see if it would help.

Yep, I think it's worth adding some fenugreek if you're not doing that already.

Are you already taking a calcium/magnesium supplement to help with the AF-related dip? I can't remember if we've already talked about that with you already.

I'll get over to the health food store in the next day or two and get some fenegreek.
